✅ Eligible Products
You are eligible to request a return or exchange for:
- Women’s nightwear (except nighty slips)
- Kids’ nightwear
Additionally, we continuously strive to maintain quality across all categories.
❌ Non-Returnable Item
Please note that nighty slips are non-returnable, due to hygiene and handling concerns.
Therefore, we kindly request you to double-check sizing before placing your order.
📅 Return/Exchange Window
To be eligible for return or exchange, you must raise your request within 2 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 2 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
In short, act quickly if you find any issue with your order.
📦 Conditions for Return/Exchange
For your return or exchange to be processed, the item must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Remain in its original packaging
- Have all tags intact
- Be free from stains, perfume, or any damage
Moreover, please handle products with care until you’re sure about keeping them.
🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Be sure to include your Order ID and a short explanation for the return or exchange.
Once we receive your request, our team will respond promptly with further instructions.
In addition, timely responses from your side will help speed up the process.
🚚 Shipping Charges
Unlike some platforms, we do not offer free exchanges or returns.
Shipping charges will be:
- Clearly communicated before approval
- Deducted from the total refundable amount (if any)
Also, returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.
📸 For Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe the item is damaged or incorrect, please:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share an unedited unboxing video, starting from the parcel being opened.
Without this video evidence, unfortunately, we cannot accept your claim.
Therefore, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for all deliveries.
💰 Refund Process
We aim to process refunds within 5–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be made through:
- The original payment method, or
- UPI/bank transfer (for COD orders), or
- Store credit, if you prefer
Additionally, you will be notified at every step of the process.
